BEAST Studios, the home of LadyBEAST Productions, is a circus arts studio in the Greater New Orleans area offering technique-based circus training for all levels. We provide instruction in aerial and circus arts, grounded in strength, skill, and safety, within a supportive, community-driven environment.
Founded by LadyBEAST, a modern strongwoman and professional circus artist, the studio bridges traditional circus craft with contemporary training standards. We serve both new students and working professionals seeking high-level circus arts training, rehearsal space, and support for developing new acts and creative work.
What We Teach
Circus arts for every body, from first-timers to working pros.
Play, presence, timing, and vulnerability. Classes explore character, physical comedy, improvisation, and the emotional intelligence that makes circus human.
Partnering, hand-to-hand, adagio, tumbling, and strength-based movement. We focus on trust, technique, and conditioning for sustainable circus bodies.
Fabric, hoop (lyra), rope, straps, trapeze, inventive apparatus, and more - always grounded in strong technique, safety, and creative expression.
Handstands, balance work, and precision-based skills that cultivate control, focus, and embodied awareness.
Coordination, rhythm, patterning, and flow - from traditional juggling to movement-based and experimental forms.
